Imagine being so famous that you get a lottery scratch off named for you. Ric"the nature boy" Flair has achieved those heights. The state of North Carolina has released "WOOOOOOO" a $5 scratch off game. You can see above the card has several images of the nature boy. There are 16 belts to scratch off, one for each of his titles. My boss lives in Raleigh, I'm going to see if he will bring me a few up on his next trip. I have 2 friends that would probably get them framed.
