I'd like to take a minute to congratulate my sister and her fiancee on the purchase of their first home. Most of us know what a big deal this is, and the fact that they got it done with the economy being what it is, is a real testament to their willingness to keep their credit up. So I lift my hot chocolate to Karen and Jake.
I'm also excited because now I know when I help them move, she won't be moving again for a while. :-)
